Now for the fun part – unfortunately adventure companies need cancellation policies since they’re reserving time slots and equipment for you. Please call at least 24hrs in advance to reschedule your Lessons and or Rentals! We have a 50% cancellation fee prior to that. If you do not call 24 hours in advance to cancel you will be charged in full. If you need to reschedule we will do our best based upon availability at no additional charge. When you rent our equipment you agree to the cost of repair or replacement. Little scratches, nicks, paint chips, soft top peels are o.k. It is the actual breakage, buckling, dents, or damage done to equipment that requires the replacement of parts or drastically devalues the equipment.
When renting our equipment you are agreeing to be accountable for the equipment if damaged or lost; you will be responsible for repair or replacement costs in such cases.
